Esurance Customer Satisfaction Rising

Esurance car insurance has announced that it has signed a six-year agreement with AutoWatch. Tech savvy customers of the direct-to-consumer personal auto insurer will now be able to monitor their vehicle’s repair progress online.

I think this is great news for Esurance customers. It can be incredibly frustrating waiting for your vehicle to be repaired and not receiving any news from your insurance company on the progress.

The move seems to have been a winner with consumers, resulting in a 6% increase in customer satisfaction due to a 16.5% reduction (or 2 whole days) in repair time.

The long term partnership with AutoWatch is part of Esurance’s strategy to combine the best of technology and industry know-how to deliver customer hassle-free coverage with 24/7 customer service at a competitive price.
